Support
Questions, a theme where the upload field doesn't show, or a feature you need? Email support@stickermint.com with your store's .myshopify.com address and we'll reply within one business day.
Getting started
- Install Mint Upload from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin.
- Click Create upload setup. Enter the label shoppers see (e.g. "Upload your artwork"), choose the file types, the maximum size and number of files, and whether an upload is required. Under Show on, select a product (or, on Pro, collections or all products). Save.
- On the app's home page click Add block in theme editor. Your theme editor opens on a product page with the File upload block added — drag it above the buy buttons and click Save.
- Open that product on your store and upload a test file.
Finding uploaded files
- On the order: each file is listed under the item as a link named after your label, e.g. "Upload your artwork: https://…/logo.png". With several files you'll see "Upload your artwork 1", "Upload your artwork 2"…
- In the app: the Files page lists every upload, newest first, with a preview, download and delete.
Upload field not showing?
- Check the upload setup is On and includes that product (or its collection).
- On the Free plan the field shows on one product: the first product of your first upload setup.
- Make sure the File upload block is in your product template (Online Store → Themes → Customize → Products). Your theme must be an Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks.
Shoppers see an error
- "This file type isn't accepted" — add the type to the setup, or ask the shopper for another format.
- "This file doesn't look like a real … file" — the file's contents don't match its extension (for example a renamed file). Saving it again in the right format fixes it.
- "This store can't accept more uploads right now" — your monthly upload limit is reached. Upgrade to Pro or wait for the next month.
Retention
In Settings choose how long files are kept: 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 (default), 180 or 365 days, or until you delete them. Older files are deleted automatically every hour and their links stop working, so pick a period longer than your production and reprint window.
Billing
Pro is billed through Shopify at $6.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime from the app's Plans page or by uninstalling the app. If you cancel, your setups and files stay, and Free limits apply again (1 product, 5 MB files, 100 uploads a month, theme styling).
